3 of the best – Weekly round up

What better way to beat the Monday blues by checking out the best 3 (most liked 3, the IG Algorithm decides what’s best apparently) pieces of street art from the last week on my nogreywalls Instagram account.

This week we have pieces from DavidL (don’t we always) Tvboy with an amusing piece and also a beauty from Treze who sadly passed away this weekend. I have never met Treze in person but from what I have heard from friends within the scene he was not only an incredible artist but a true gentleman who will be sadly missed.

The header image is from the aforementioned Treze and was painted for the 2016 edition of the Gargar Festival in Penelles. This piece called ‘Rural Graff’ doing a tremendous job of showcasing Penelles rural farming history. A simply beautiful work of art.

This second piece is by Tvboy and was also painted for Gargar Fest. Tvboy describes himself as an “Urban pop artist” and this humours piece definitely fits that description. I like how Trump isn’t even giving his full attention to Kim Jong Un’s embrace.

This last piece is from my personal favourite artist, DavidL and is another amusing piece. David has got creative with his surroundings, utilising a toilet in an abandoned building to create this 6 eyed creature. I would definitely not like to come across this monster on any trip to the bathroom. Or anywhere for that matter.
